Delivery Method 

We use CEVA, Mainfreight and StarTrack services for our postage requirements.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery TOC's

We offer free shipping to most addresses throughout Australia. We offer 2 options at the checkout 1). Authority To Leave and 2). Signature Required. If you choose Signature Required you MUST be present on arrival. If you are not present and your item is returned to depot, you WILL BE LIABLE for any re-delivery fees.

Delivery Times 

Possible Delays To Your Order

Due to the impacts of Covid-19 and the the high volume of parcels in the postal / courier network, possible delays of up to 10 days can be expected. We apologise for any delays and appreciate your patience at this time.

If your order has exceeded the delayed time frame above, we ask that you lodge an inquiry directly with the service that is shipping your delivery (provided with your tracking number)  or get in touch with our friendly team 1300 320 338

Please allow 2-3 business days for metropolitan deliveries. Rural customers should allow an extra 1-2 business days for delivery.

These delivery times are provided as an estimate only. We cannot be held liable for any deliveries which fall outside these times.

Please note, some customers may experience longer delivery times during the Christmas to New Year period. 

International Orders 

We do not deliver to international addresses at this point in time. 

Delivery Costs 

Shipping costs for all Australian orders are FREE. If your delivery requires a ferry service a fee may be charged.
